The Trans Connect program helps to improve the lives of the elderly and vulnerable populations by delivering food and medical supplies to people who live in rural areas and food deserts. The Trans Connect program is for individuals who are impacted by a lack of resources in addressing food insecurity and medical needs such as care, medications, and medical equipment. We believe providing transportation delivery services for food and medication is essential to these communities. We work with local community partners to identify individuals with chronic transportation needs around food and medical challenges such as local pharmacies,social services, senior connections, faith-based institutions, and law enforcement agencies.
